Once you have finished shopping at Papertolevillage.com, it is time to arrange for delivery of your purchases. We currently ship to every country in the world, so you should have no problems receiving your pictures wherever you are located.

Standard Delivery to businesses and residential addresses within Australia incurs a fixed cost for all items, regardless of their destination.

We believe that the best way to provide quality products at competitive prices to our customers is to accurately reflect all our costs. The delivery of the product is a cost that all ecommerce retailers must bear, and we believe the best way to do this is to charge the cost up front. The alternative is to include the cost of delivery within the price of the pictures – we would prefer to keep our picture prices as low as possible rather than raising the price in order to cover the cost of delivery. We believe that this transparent approach is a more effective way of continuing to deliver an outstanding level of service to you, our customer.

If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later than the others, you can have the entire order delivered together as soon as all the products are available. Alternatively you can receive the products that are available now, and the remaining product once it becomes available.

Payment

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account. We accept all major credit cards: VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Bankcard and Diners. Our online payment system is completely safe, as all of your credit card details are encrypted.

Those people who choose to pay via cheque or money order can now do so at Paper Tole Village. Simply place your order online, and when prompted choose "Pay via Cheque" for your method of payment.

Take note of the final price at the end of the process, and then make your cheque out for that amount (in Australian dollars please). Send your cheque along with your preferred delivery address to the details below:

Once your cheque has cleared we will send your packaged order from the warehouse within 1 working day.

At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
